- Repair, upgrade and troubleshoot computer hardware components (servers, workstations, printers and related peripherals).
- Maintain customer relations tomeet or exceed their satisfaction.
- Correctly diagnoses problems and follows recommended procedures with minimal assistance.
- Protects the integrity of sensitive information as it pertains to both company and customer.
- Promotes innovated ideas to customers
- 3-5 years repair experience with computer and printer devices
- A+ Certification
- Analytical mind and strong problem solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be customer focused. Promote company and services when communicating with customers. Provide service while maintaining profitability.
