As a convenience to our customers, we have an in-house repair shop. Pickup and delivery service is available upon request, in addition to our drop-off service. Staffed with highly trained technicians, we offer quick and reliable diagnostics and repairs. To minimize down time, we offer priority, four-hour repair. MBM also can provide you with loaners and rental units, and our extensive spare parts inventory helps make service fast.
ON-SITE SERVICE
If it’s not possible to bring your computer to our depot for service, MBM technicians are available to service your hardware at your location, 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. Our technicians are available to perform repairs on-site, including two-hour on-site emergency support.
