Ensure-IT Network Monitoring
MBM's Ensure-IT is a monthly service that allows our client to be managed proactively. Our network monitoring solution provides availability, performance reporting and service management of our clients to MBM's central console. Ensure-IT provides 24×7 remote management with IT service support provided through proactive status, notification and performance reporting for planning and predictive analysis. When MBM detects these notifications we are able to contact our clients and resolve issues in many cases before it starts to affect your business.
We can also provide SNMP monitoring capability with additional categories defined for monitoring, Security Services and Custom Services. These services are created to take advantage of different manufacturers SNMP monitoring capabilities of their specific hardware. The Security Services monitoring area has the ability to monitor certain types of firewalls, certain types of virus activity, certain manufacturers intrusion detection and patch level status. The Custom Services has the ability to monitor such things as RAID level status, Power supply status, and more.
Ensure-IT Managed
Our flat rate service is to manage all of your computer service and proactive maintenance needs. MBM's user-based Managed service package is designed specifically for those organizations that want to pay one monthly price for IT service and support. It is a combination of Ensure-IT Network Monitoring services and System Administration for your network. Your IT infrastructure will be monitored 24x7 from our NOC to ensure your business critical devices are operating properly. In addition MBM provides System Administration, onsite and technical support services to end users within the network to help alleviate any issues that may arise.
